About these terms

These terms apply to digitalshiksha.live and everything sold on it by Digital Shiksha ("Digital Shiksha", "we"). By creating an account or buying a program you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with an email and password. Keep your login to yourself: one account is for one person, and sharing it, or the course videos, can get the account suspended without a refund.

Give us your real name, phone number and state. Your state decides the GST on your invoice.

Programs and payment

Creator LaunchPad costs ₹2,999, including 18% GST. Prices are in Indian rupees and can change; the price shown at checkout is the one you pay.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details. You get a GST invoice for every purchase.

Your access to the recorded lessons opens as soon as the payment is confirmed and stays open for as long as the program runs on the site.

Using the content

The videos, notes and materials are for your own learning. You may not copy, download, record, resell or share them.

We may update, reorder or replace lessons to keep the program current.

Creator Partner Program

Students enrolled in a program can become partners and share a personal link or coupon. When a new student buys Creator LaunchPad through it, the partner earns a commission on that sale, at the rate shown in their partner dashboard.

Only the partner whose link or coupon made the sale earns on it. Nothing is paid to whoever referred that partner, and buying through your own link earns nothing.

A commission stays pending until the buyer's 7-day refund window closes, and is cancelled if the order is refunded. Payouts need verified KYC (PAN and bank details) and have 2% TDS deducted under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act.

Spam, fake reviews, misleading income claims, paid ads on our brand name and self-referrals are not allowed. We may hold or cancel commissions earned that way and close the partner account.

Income is not guaranteed. What you earn depends on your own effort, and other people's results are not a promise of yours.

Congratulation posts

When a partner earns a commission we may post a short congratulation with their first name and the amount in our Telegram channel. Ask support if you'd rather not be included.

Liability

Programs teach skills; we don't promise any job, income, follower count or business result. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program concerned.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; invoices and tax records are kept as the law requires.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of Rajasthan. Please write to support first; most things can be sorted out there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
